8 Wherefore I now shew you that your brethren which dwell in Israel shall be scattered abroad, and shall be led captives out of their good land; and all the land of Israel shall be desolate.

9 And also our brethren that dwell in the land of Media shall be scattered abroad, and led into captivity, before that the goodness and mercy of God shall recall them again.

11 So now, my son, consider what alms doeth, and how righteousness doth deliver. When Tobias had done these things, he died at Ecbatane in Media, being an hundred and seven and twenty years old.
