Trisagion

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal — the ancient doxology connecting Christian worship to the seraphic hymn of Isaiah.

The Trisagion ('thrice-holy') is one of the most ancient and universal liturgical texts: 'Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us.' It is sung three times at every Divine Liturgy. The Trisagion is addressed to the Holy Trinity as a whole in Orthodox interpretation. It connects Christian worship to the seraphic hymn of Isaiah 6:3: 'Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts.'
